About Us

Having been introduced to screen printing during an art class, Craig realised at a young age that “this is what I want to do as a career.” Amanda started her working life in a photography studio and Lab, printing for many photographers in the SE. The enthusiasm for print was passed on to Alex who followed his father into the industry but in the capacity of a cardboard engineer. After having worked for some of the leading companies in the printing industry, the decision was made in 2020 to start a family business.
We do our utmost to offer a personal service to our customers. We feel it is important to use technology to our advantage and we like to have regular meetings and catch-ups virtually as well as in person. You can be sure that when we assist you with a project, the experience and product will be of the highest quality.

Prepress solutions

It can often be a challenge to find the best tools to compliment your print environment. To help improve print production, we can assist you in selecting the right workflow and colour management solutions for your business. Colour profiling is often overlooked by many printers but is an essential step towards controlling your print output and quality. We can assist you by creating printer, media and ink specific colour profiles for your machines, saving time and money.

Artwork & Reprographics

Our artwork is prepared ready to print and will be set to current brand guidelines provided by the major retailers. Reprographic services ensure that print specific traps and colour separations can be applied to suit the desired print process.

Amazing Results

“I asked The Colour Den to colour correct and print some of my Mum’s old pen and ink and watercolour pieces which were faded and worn. Craig made some great suggestions and the results were so amazing that other family members ordered a set too! So pleased and would definitely use again. Can’t thank you enough.”
